  • Support Ticket Handoff — the assistant can collect a support request, show the user a review card, and hand the confirmed ticket to your application to file through your own backend. See Support Ticket Handoff. Ticket filing is offered only on applications where it is configured and only to sessions whose host registered the onSupportTicket callback.
  • Session detail — the dashboard session page groups the transcript more clearly and closes several display gaps.
