Session Configuration

Use sessionConfig to control how long user conversations stay active and when a new session should be created.

sessionConfig: {
  inactivityTimeout: 30,  // Minutes before session expires due to inactivity
  maxSessionAge: 2,       // Hours before forcing a new session
  showNotification: true, // Show notification when a new session starts
}

Session Recording

Use enableSessionRecording to control whether recording data is uploaded to Dashboard for replay.

enableSessionRecording: true
